This blend of seasoning combines all the classic flavors of the Caribbean:
Allspice, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Habanero Chile, Mustard, Onion and Thyme.

Caribbean Lime Chicken Recipe:
½ tablespoon Caribbean Spice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken for several hours.
Grill on a barbeque in island style!
