As a sauce to spice up everything from Steak to Pizza

There are many variations on Chimichurri sauce and it is served with everything from empanadas to grilled steak. We have mixed Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Bay leaves, Habanero Chile, Garlic, Onion, Parsley and Oregano for a great complexity of flavor.

 

 

 

 

Chimichurri dressing:

1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon Chimichurri spice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Optional: add juice or 1 or 2 limes
Cut the parlsey, cilantro and garlic into small chunks and Mix all ingredients together, pour into jar with a good seal and shake before using.

This versatile dressing can be used on meats, vegetables, salads or rice.

Avocado Chimicurri Recipe:
1large avocado
ΒΌ cup cider or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Chimichurri Spice
Olive oil

Mix ingredients together and serve it multi cultural Caribbean style on an Italian bruchetta.
