‘Adobo’ is Spanish for sauce, seasoning or marinade used in Latin American cooking.  Recipes vary widely by region. Our Creole Adobo is a traditional dry mix of black pepper, cayenne pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Onion and Oregano. A great Caribbean blend to spice up your Creole dishes!

Adobo Salsa Recipe:

2 cups chopped tomato
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
3 teaspoons Creole adobo
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice

Mix well and serve with tortilla chips!
