Great seasoning for barbeque chicken, goat and ribs


This blend is used by Arawak Indians to preserve their meat in the island heat. Our classic Jamaican combination of Allspice, Ginger, Thyme and the heat of Habanero Chiles will add some Caribbean flair to your next barbeque. Use as a dry rub or add olive oil, lime juice, coconut milk or even rum for a sensational marinade.

Jamaican Jerk Marinade Recipe:

1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix ingredients together and marinate pork, beef or grouper for several hours.

Grill on a barbeque in island style!
